Firstable, you need to check here how to add Domain to your VPS.

Second, set up within your Control Panel your domain name with SSL enabled.

Third, make sure that domain is pointed to your server (A record) and like below :

Now your Domain is support HTTPS. You can add as much as domain you wish.
